Weekly Update

We stayed in Maryland and continued to empty boxes (and make many trips to the Goodwill Store) this weekend and did not travel down to work on Zelda.  We hope to have work started on the deck soon and completely finish all the inside work.

Mission Accomplished

Our goal of having the bathtub tiled in the upstairs hall was achieved over the weekend.  We also finished the last little bit of flooring in the master bathroom shower and three more rows of marble in the foyer.  The flooring and the trimwork looks great.  We will need to contact our trim carpenter to install the shoe molding, and finish a few other areas.  Our cat was still there and showed up for a few meals.  Below are some photos taken.

Heading South to Zelda

We are still upacking boxes in Maryland, but will make the trip down to Zelda Friday evening.  We will take lots of pictures and this will be the first time we have been to Zelda since the wood floors and all the trim work has been finished.  Our goal is to finish tiling around the bathtub in the upstairs hall bathroom.  We will start the process of obtaining a real estate agent soon.
